Bumble Wash: Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Bumble Wash and all channel partner stores. By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms listed below.
1. Garment Handling & Owner’s Risk
Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores handle all garments, linen, and fabrics with the greatest care. Because of the condition of some articles or non-visible defects in their material, there is a possibility of discolouring, shrinkage, or damage. Such garments are accepted for cleaning at the owner’s risk. Bumble Wash and its franchisee stores will not accept responsibility for such outcomes.
2. Service Quality
Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores will use reasonable efforts to ensure that washing, drying, and folding services are maintained at a high level of quality.
3. Manufacturer Care Labels
Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores, due to time constraints, do not read manufacturer care labels and are not responsible for garments labelled “hand wash only”, “dry clean only”, or any similar instructions.
4. Special Care Items
Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores accept no liability for “special care” and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.
5. Colour Loss
Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores accept no liability for items which lose colour.
6. Unclaimed Articles
Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores are not responsible for any article left beyond 90 days. Articles not claimed within this period will be discarded, and Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores are not responsible for any claims.
7. Refusal of Garments
Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores reserve the right to refuse accepting any garments which may be soaked, damaged, delicate, or stolen.
8. Stain Removal
Stain removal of garments is a process, and Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores cannot guarantee the process. Stain removal will be subject to the customer’s risk.
9. Personal Items in Garments
Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores are not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in an article, such as money, jewellery, or important documents left inside the pockets of garments.
10. Loss of Garments
In case of any loss of garments, Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores will reimburse 25% of the cost of the garment on production of bills. Any claim towards the same will be provided to the recipient named on the bill.
11. Delivery Count
Customers are requested to count the articles at delivery and inform the delivery personnel of any missing articles. Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores will not be responsible for claims after delivery is accepted.
12. Inspection at Delivery
Customers must examine articles for damage at the time of delivery and notify issues immediately. Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores are not responsible for claims after delivery.
13. Act of God & Utility Disruptions
Any loss, damage, or delay due to Act of God or any disruption in electricity or water does not entitle the customer to compensation or reduced charges.
14. Force Majeure
Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores will not accept any liability for loss or damage arising due to fire, burglary, or other unforeseen causes beyond their control.
15. Special & Designer Wear
Charges on any special outfit or designer wear will be determined based on complexity. Bumble Wash and its channel partner stores have the right to withdraw the order or not process it. In case of processing, pricing will be communicated to the customer and, on prior approval, it will be processed.
16. Customer Acknowledgement & Acceptance
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read, understand, and agree to all Terms and Conditions. Bumble Wash and its channel partner outlets are to be informed prior to placing any order. If the customer does not agree to any terms, the garments (order) must be withdrawn and collected within two hours from placing the order. Failure to do so is deemed full, final, and unconditional acceptance of all Terms and Conditions, which then apply without exception.
